  • We only use relevant information to help us understand our client(s) requirements during initial contact, quotation, installation, warranty period and where applicable in relation to ongoing maintenance services we are providing

Where is the Data stored?

  • Information collected is stored on one computer held in the PDF Electrics office. All devices are antivirus & password protected.  Only PDF Electrics employees are authorised to access relevant information.  Files sent through Emails are held in the original format for future reference/use.  Hand written notes are often utilised during initial communications before being transferred to software files after which paperwork is shredded

What do we do with your data?

  • We never sell or share your data with marketing companies
  • PDF Electrics will only share data between clients and alternative trades if asked to do so by the relevant client directly

  • You may request to view personal information we hold on your behalf
  • You can with immediate effect instruct PDF Electrics to remove all personal data from our data base, computer systems and filing systems. We will securely delete and / or dispose of all information
