Where is the Data stored?
- Information collected is stored on one computer held in the PDF Electrics office. All devices are antivirus & password protected. Only PDF Electrics employees are authorised to access relevant information. Files sent through Emails are held in the original format for future reference/use. Hand written notes are often utilised during initial communications before being transferred to software files after which paperwork is shredded
What do we do with your data?
- We never sell or share your data with marketing companies
- PDF Electrics will only share data between clients and alternative trades if asked to do so by the relevant client directly

- You may request to view personal information we hold on your behalf
- You can with immediate effect instruct PDF Electrics to remove all personal data from our data base, computer systems and filing systems. We will securely delete and / or dispose of all information
